Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled professional to manage and oversee full lifecycle international workforce transitions, ensuring compliance and enhancing the employee experience across borders.
Key Responsibilities:
* Proactively manage global expatriate management cycles with strong partnerships with business partners.
* Engage with active assignees for regular connections and proactively develop effective stakeholder relationships globally.
* Identify and mitigate risks in all areas of global mobility, including immigration matters, employer taxes, and relocation management.
* Provide subject matter expertise and consult with key stakeholders on global mobility standards interpretation.
* Support business leaders on the purpose of moves, completion of cost projections, and collaboration with talent teams.
Main point of contact for APAC immigration-related matters for international moves within the region. Work closely with global mobility leaders on program enhancements and projects.
