Ensure operational excellence, maintain accurate data, and foster seamless team communication
Are you a detail-oriented professional passionate about supporting HR operations? At Evotix, we're committed to delivering great employee experience, and we're looking for a PeopleOps Administrator to keep our PeopleOps processes running smoothly.
In this role, you'll manage and maintain accurate employee records, generate and analyse HR reports, track key PeopleOps tasks, and coordinate company-wide updates. Your meticulous attention to detail and proactive communication will help us drive efficiency and support our growing organisation.
What You'll Do
* Generate and distribute ad hoc reports from our HRIS upon request.
* Update weekly staff dashboard with relevant data.
* Prepare and submit monthly headcount report.
* Add key information to monthly townhall presentation slides.
* Schedule and coordinate quarterly group onboarding sessions.
* Provide quarterly time-off reports to managers.
* Track and monitor new joiner and manager onboarding tasks.
* Oversee pending signature documents and follow up as needed.
* Send regular communications from PeopleOps mailbox.
* Post staff reminders and updates on Microsoft Teams.
* Manage and update annual public holidays and mental health days in HRIS and Outlook for all locations.
* Support the PeopleOps team with administrative duties.
* Support the APAC team with HR responsibilities.
* Order office supplies and key cards.
What You Bring
* 1 - 2 years of similar experience.
* Experience with HRIS systems.
* Strong organizational and time management skills.
* Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Teams, Excel and PowerPoint.
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
* Experience in HR and Administration, with some experience in employment laws in Australia.
