Project Manager Role
We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to oversee diverse and stimulating projects, engage directly with clients, and collaborate within a dynamic team environment.
1. Main Responsibilities:
* Manage the lifecycle of construction and commercial projects from inception to completion.
* Act as a liaison between owners, contractors, and government stakeholders in relation to infrastructure projects.
* Provide expert advice on procurement methods including traditional methods, design and construct, relationship contracting, public private partnerships/project finance, and facilities operation and maintenance.
* Draft and negotiate standard form tendering and contract documentation.
* Develop strategies for claims management.
2. Requirements:
* Experience in major projects work, infrastructure, and construction (commercial and domestic).
* Excellent drafting skills and attention to detail.
* Strong communication skills with the ability to convey complex ideas or frameworks clearly.
* Well-developed initiative, with a demonstrated ability to think critically and strategically.
