Base pay range A$130,000.00/yr - A$160,000.00/yr

The Opportunity We're seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager to take ownership of the site's maintenance strategy, ensuring the efficient and safe operation of all production assets. Reporting to the Site Operations Manager, you'll lead a skilled maintenance team, drive preventative maintenance programs, and support continuous improvement initiatives to optimise reliability, minimise downtime, and boost productivity.
Key Responsibilities Lead and develop a team of tradespeople, planners, and contractors across day and shift operations. Oversee preventative and reactive maintenance across the site. Implement and refine maintenance strategies (TPM, RCM, etc.) aligned with business KPIs. Drive root cause analysis and corrective actions to improve equipment reliability. Collaborate closely with production, engineering, and safety teams. Ensure compliance with WHS, food safety, and environmental regulations. Manage maintenance budgets and capital projects as required. Champion a culture of continuous improvement and team accountability. About You Proven leadership experience in a Maintenance or Engineering Manager role within FMCG, food manufacturing, or similar high-speed environment. Relevant trade or engineering qualifications. Strong working knowledge of CMMS systems and modern maintenance practices. Solid understanding of regulatory compliance (HACCP, WHS, ISO). Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. A hands-on, people-focused leader who can drive culture and performance.
