(About the Role)
The Electrical and Instrumentation Technician will be based at our Kemerton site.

Key Responsibilities:
* Perform all work in accordance with site policies, systems, and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
* Execute electrical/instrumentation work as per schedule following work instructions provided by the Team Leader.
* Respond promptly to plant outages and equipment failures to maximize plant availability and safety.
* Ensure high-quality work execution and record history in the relevant maintenance recording system for future reference.
* Initiate updates to work procedures and instructions to maintain their accuracy and effectiveness.
* Report incidents in a timely manner and participate in analysis and investigations as required.
* Develop strong relationships with operational, reliability, and planning teams to support quality maintenance and equipment availability.
* Collaborate with internal/external customers to support feedback and continual improvement programs.
* Contribute to work management processes through efficient defect reporting, adequate scoping of corrective works, and accurate confirmation of execution activities.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Commitment to safety, continuous improvement, and teamwork.
* Strong problem-solving skills and fault-finding experience with the ability to respond to changing priorities.
* In-depth knowledge of electrical maintenance activities associated with industrial equipment.
* Experience in fault finding and performing various maintenance activities with PLC's, Burner Management, and Control systems.
* Desirable: Knowledge and understanding of SAP systems.
* Australian recognized Electrical trade certificate.
* A Grade Electrical License.
* Certificate IV in Instrumentation.
* Confined Space certification.
* Working at Heights certification.
* Current WA Driver's License C Class minimum.
