We are seeking a Customer Service Assistant to join our team in Tamworth. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will play a vital role in delivering an exceptional experience for our customers.
This role is at the heart of our local community, supporting a wide range of customers in a welcoming environment where every day is different.
The ideal candidate will be able to provide a caring, friendly, and efficient service, finding solutions for our customers and staying up-to-date with our services, policies, and procedures.
The key responsibilities include handling cash transactions carefully and accurately, taking telephone calls, and engaging with a diverse range of people to give them a great experience.
To be successful in this role, you will need current experience in a customer-focused role, good attention to detail, and experience of interacting directly with customers and providing a great service on a daily basis.
