Job Description:
Live your dream as a Project Manager with Winslow Constructors, based in Melbourne's Western Suburbs.
Reporting to the Construction Manager, you will:
1. Manage residential and commercial land development projects
2. Handle tenders for new construction projects
3. Lead a team of junior engineers
4. Ensure project compliance with our Business Management System
5. Oversee project planning and scheduling
6. Build and maintain client and subcontractor relationships
7. Coordinate with the field supervisory team to deliver projects
8. Review performance against estimates and address issues
9. Report on production costs regularly
10. Procure plant, equipment, and materials
