Job Overview

The Payroll Specialist role involves processing weekly payroll duties, as well as supporting senior analysts. Key aspects include maintaining accurate and compliant payroll processes, ensuring adherence to company policies and local laws.

* Maintain timely and accurate payroll records
* * Review timesheets, attendance records, and ensure accuracy
* * Prepare payroll data for terminations and maintain employee data integrity in the Payroll system

This position requires strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in multi-state payroll, with proficiency in Excel and HRIS systems.


Key Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
* * Excellent organizational abilities and effective communication skills
