Reporting to the Director of Corporate Communications for APAC, you'll shape the voice of regional leadership and connect employees across 13 countries with purpose and clarity. Working closely with senior executives and global teams, you'll lead high-impact communications strategies that bring internal culture, executive storytelling, and brand messaging to life. Full leave entitlements - annual, sick & public holidays Hybrid working model, giving you the flexibility of working in the office and from home Work with a Fortune 500 digital infrastructure leader shaping the internet's backbone Collaborate with dynamic, globally dispersed teams on meaningful, high-impact projects Inclusive, values-driven culture that celebrates innovation, learning and belonging What You'll Do Craft and execute executive communications for the APAC President, including thought leadership, LinkedIn content, speeches, and event support Lead internal communications programs that boost employee engagement, reinforce culture, and drive alignment to company strategy Develop and manage content strategies across web, social, video, and print formats Run quarterly all-hands and major internal events, from logistics to scripting Partner with country leaders and senior execs on high-stakes internal and external messaging Support crisis and M&A communications across the region Measure and optimise communications effectiveness using qualitative and quantitative insights What You Bring: 5-7 years' experience in communications, with a strong focus on B2B tech (Fortune 500 preferred) Proven excellence in storytelling, writing/editing, content creation and project management Crisis communications and sensitive workplace messaging experience Executive coaching and internal campaign delivery expertise Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced, complex environment Familiarity with design, layout, and working with creative teams is a plus Experience using metrics to improve communication strategy and understand audience behaviour Who Are You?
