Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Mortgage Broker based in Shepparton, VIC. The Mortgage Broker will assist clients in identifying tailored home loan solutions, guide them through the loan application process, and provide expert mortgage advice. Daily responsibilities include assessing client needs, managing applications with lenders, providing reliable mortgage options, and ensuring a seamless experience for customers. Additionally, the role involves developing relationships with clients and local industry partners while maintaining a commitment to exceptional customer service.
Qualifications
* Expertise in Mortgage Brokerage, including a strong understanding of home lending and refinancing options
* Experience in Debt Consolidation and Mortgage Marketing
* Familiarity with finance and brokerage processes
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build client relationships and collaborate with lending partners
* Demonstrated problem-solving and analytical abilities
* Relevant qualifications in finance, mortgage broking, or a related field preferred
* Cert IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking (or willingness to obtain)
* Proactive approach to providing customer-focused solutions and achieving positive outcomes
