Enterprise Connectivity Manager | VCE Network Solutions
The Opportunity VCE Network Solutions is seeking a senior Enterprise Connectivity Manager to lead our high-value client portfolio from our Collins Street office. At the $200,000 level, we require a professional who can bridge the gap between complex telecommunications infrastructure and executive-level business strategy. Your role is to ensure that our largest enterprise partners experience seamless, high-performance connectivity while managing the commercial and operational frameworks that support their mission-critical data flows.
Strategic Mandate
* Portfolio Management: Acting as the senior technical and commercial lead for a select group of Tier-1 enterprise accounts, ensuring 100% alignment between their growth and our network capacity.
* SLA Governance: Owning the service level agreements and performance metrics for complex, multi-site connectivity solutions, including SD-WAN, private fiber, and hybrid-cloud gateways.
* Incident Escalation: Serving as the high-level point of authority during critical outages or connectivity failures, managing communication between technical engineering teams and client C-suites.
* Solutions Architecture: Collaborating with sales and engineering to design and deploy bespoke connectivity roadmaps that de-risk client operations and optimize their digital infrastructure spend.
Professional Background
* Market Experience: 10+ years in the telecommunications or network services industry, with a proven track record of managing enterprise-scale accounts (ASX 100 or global equivalents).
* Commercial Savvy: Deep experience in contract negotiation, P&L management for service delivery, and the ability to articulate technical risk in financial terms.
* Technical Breadth: A sophisticated understanding of enterprise networking trends, including SASE architecture, 5G integration, and global data-center interconnects.
* Leadership: Exceptional stakeholder management skills with the ability to lead cross-functional delivery teams under high-pressure conditions.
Remuneration: $200,000 + Super Location: Level 12, 271 Collins Street, Melbourne
