Lead EBA Negotiations and Drive Strategic HR
As the sole HR operator on-site, you will be responsible for leading all EBA negotiations as a top priority, while also managing day-to-day HR operations, recruitment, disciplinary processes, and workers compensation. This is a FIFO role operating on a 9 days on / 5 days off roster.
Key aspects of this role include:
* Reporting directly to the General Manager
* Leading all EBA negotiations
* Managing day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, disciplinary processes, and workers compensation
* Operating on a 9 days on / 5 days off FIFO roster
The site provides accommodation, meals, laundry service, gym access, and transport, including access to a site vehicle. A laptop will be provided; however, you will need to bring your own phone.
Requirements
* Availability to FIFO on a 9:5 roster
* Demonstrated experience leading enterprise bargaining agreement (EBA) negotiations
* Strong generalist HR background at a management level
* Ability to work independently in a FIFO environment
* Experience in mining or industrial environments (preferred but not essential)
* Confidence in leading HR functions and influencing leadership
