Senior Inside Sales Supervisor – Head Office, Macquarie Park, leading part of the ANZ Inside Sales Core Hospital segment, responsible for inside sales leadership, remote sales execution, and commercial performance across Private and Public hospital accounts.
Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:
Inside Sales & Remote Sales Leadership
* Lead and coach a team of up to 4 Inside Sales / Remote Sales Representatives
* Drive sales performance, activity discipline, and territory execution
* Embed a customer‐first selling model with structured outbound engagement
Hospital & Healthcare Sales Execution
* Execute sales strategy across public and private hospitals, day hospitals, and ambulatory surgery centres (ASC)
* Align inside sales activity with field sales, distributors, and reseller partners
* Ensure compliance with contracts, pricing, and commercial frameworks
Forecasting, CRM & Analytics
* Own sales forecasting, pipeline health, and revenue delivery
* Drive data‐led decisions using Salesforce CRM, Power BI, and sales analytics
* Coach team on opportunity management, risk identification, and early gap closure
Sales Coaching & People Development
* Build high‐performing sales teams through structured coaching and development plans
* Uplift capability in selling skills, account planning, prioritisation, and stakeholder engagement
* Foster accountability, engagement, wellbeing, and continuous improvement
Cross‐Functional Collaboration
* Partner with Marketing, Commercial Operations, Finance, Business Units, and Analytics
* Support product launches, campaigns, pricing updates, and supply resolution
* Represent Remote / Inside Sales in strategic commercial discussions
Required Knowledge and Experience
* Minimum 3 years leading teams of 3+ members, preferably in MedTech or complex sales environments
* Proven success delivering sales targets and driving revenue and margin growth
* Demonstrated ability to develop people, build capability, and uplift team performance
* Excellent communication, coaching, influencing and relationship‐building skills
* Strong analytical and data‐driven decision‐making capability
* High integrity, openness to feedback, structured organisation, adaptability, and a passion for helping people succeed
