**About The Opportunity**:
As an **Office / Operations Manager,** you will have an opportunity to influence and accelerate
company growth whilst inspiring those around you. You will manage the administrative team and optimise day-to-day operations with the goal of setting the foundations for growth.
Some of your responsibilities will include:
- **Business management** - ensure the day-to-day running of the office and that the business is running and working effectively
- **Financial management and coordination** - oversee all accounting functions
- **Operational project delivery** - you will constantly be working on projects to optimise what they do - from IT/systems and tools to office functionality and beyond
- **People and culture (HR)** - look after the team from a well-being and administration perspective
- **Technology and software implementation** - managing and implementing new software/tools
- **Branding and marketing** - developing and executing the branding and marketing strategy and coordinating with relevant social media stakeholders
**About You**:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar office management role
- Qualifications in administration, business or financial services (Certificate level or higher)
- Experience using accounting software such as Xero, MYOB or Quickbooks
- Mid-level to advanced skills using and managing Microsoft tools (SharePoint, Outlook, Teams, Admin console, etc)
You will also have:
- The ability to multi-task and handle a wide range of activities simultaneously
- Strong commercial business acumen across day-to-day operational activities
- Natural attention to detail with the ability to source solutions to problems in fluid situations
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- A high level of integrity, reliability and trust
It would also be desirable to have:
- Marketing skills including social media posting and website editing
- Previous sales/business development experience
