Business Analyst
Full Time Fixed Term (3 years)
Salary: $110,000 per annum + 12% super

This is your chance to be at the heart of the City's digital transformation. Working within our IT Projects Team, you'll play a key role in modernising and optimising how we operate utilizing the Technology One ERP and other business-critical systems.
You'll collaborate across departments to understand challenges, simplify workflows, and lead meaningful change. From mapping processes to delivering new system capabilities, you'll ensure our technology empowers our people and enhances the Fremantle community experience
What you will be doing
* Partner with business units to identify, plan, and deliver process and system improvements.
* Lead full project lifecycles — from requirements gathering through to testing and rollout.
* Maintain system integrity, documentation, and data security.
* Drive the enhancement and adoption of new Technology One functionalities.
* Create clear and engaging documentation, diagrams, and process maps to communicate complex ideas simply.
What you will bring
* Relevant tertiary qualifications or equivalent experience in Business System Analysis, Support and Development. Proven experience in business system implementation, ideally with Technology One ERP.
* A mix of analytical mindset and creative problem-solving.
* Strong communication and collaboration skills — you thrive working with others.
* Experience with agile methodologies, project management, and data tools (SQL, ETL, BI) is a plus.
