Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Gold Coast, QLD, for a Real Estate Agent. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing property sales, assisting clients in buying, selling, and leasing properties, and conducting property valuations and appraisals. Other day-to-day tasks include building and maintaining strong client relationships, providing excellent customer service, and fostering a deep understanding of market trends and real estate regulations. Collaboration with team members and maintaining professionalism while representing the Coronis Group will be key aspects of the role.
Qualifications
* Possession of a valid Real Estate License
* Proven experience in Real Estate and Sales
* Strong skills in Customer Service and building client relationships
* Knowledge of Real Property principles and local market regulations
* Excellent negotiation and communication abilities
* Proficiency in time management and organizational skills
* Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
* Previous experience in the property industry is advantageous
