The Role
As a Support Worker, you will be responsible for providing daily living assistance to our customers, promoting independence and self-reliance.
Your key responsibilities will include:
* Supporting individuals with everyday activities in their homes.
* Assisting with personal care and hygiene.
* Accompanying individuals on outings and activities outside the home environment.
* Ensuring medication compliance and assisting with meal preparation.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* A minimum qualification of a Certificate III in Individual Support.
* A valid driver's licence and reliable vehicle.
* At least one year experience as a Disability Support Worker.
* NDIS Clearance, First Aid certification, CPR certification, and National police clearance.
