About the Opportunity
In this rewarding role, you will have the opportunity to:
* Actively participate in multidisciplinary team meetings, contributing your valuable insights and recommendations for holistic client care.
* Stay up-to-date with the latest research, best practices, and innovative approaches in the field of Occupational Therapy, continuously enhancing your skills and knowledge.
* Manage your own caseload, conduct comprehensive Occupational Therapy assessments and develop tailored intervention plans.
Key Responsibilities
* Uphold clinical governance, ensuring compliance with legislation, standards, and Rocky Bay policies.
* Work collaboratively across interdisciplinary teams to ensure outstanding customer outcomes.
* Have a strong understanding of person- and family-centred practice.
* Ability to implement and promote contemporary best practice.
What We're Looking For
* Have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution.
* Have a current AHPRA registration.
* Experience in building successful working relationships with customers, families, carers, and stakeholders.
* Proven experience in providing occupational therapy services, preferably in a disability or community setting.
* Experience with complex equipment assessment and prescription (desirable).
* Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and time management skills.
* Sound knowledge of Work Health & Safety and risk management.
