We are seeking a seasoned legal professional to join our insurance practice working with an experienced partner.
The successful candidate will undertake a variety of complex work including:
* Providing expert advice on indemnity with respect to claims on professional indemnity policies of insurance in relation to personal injuries and occupational health matters.
* Providing authoritative guidance on indemnity with respect to investigations (including Coronial inquests) of professional misconduct.
The successful candidate will collaborate with our Brisbane professional indemnity/financial lines team along with opportunities to work with industry leading interstate practitioners recognised as experts in their respective fields.
The role will suit a solicitor or senior associate looking to take the next step in their career by further developing their skills, experience and expertise in the insurance sector, making a meaningful contribution to the development of their own brand and reputation in the industry.
