Dispensing Optician Role
This Dispensing Optician position is an exciting opportunity to provide expert advice and customer care in our stores. As a qualified professional, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service and support to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide clinical support in store for regulated dispensing tasks.
2. Inspire your Optical team by sharing knowledge and expertise.
3. Listen to customer needs and offer personalized advice.
4. Help customers choose the right eyewear and provide guidance on product selection.
5. Support the team in delivering efficient operational processes.
6. Offer specialist knowledge for patients with complex requirements.
Requirements:
* Registration with the General Optical Council (GOC).
* Passion for ongoing learning and development, completing all CPD training as required.
