We are seeking a seasoned HR professional to join our team as a Human Resources Business Partner.
The ideal candidate will have experience in supporting the growth and scaling of companies, with a proven track record of building effective talent recruitment pipelines.
This role is based in HCMC and offers part-time and hybrid work arrangements for the right candidates.
* Key Responsibilities
* Oversee HR functions to support the company's growth trajectory, including people operations, onboarding, employee administrative support, and compliance with employment laws and regulations.
* Implement recruiting pipelines across the AI stack by building in-house sourcing and coordinating external recruiters.
* Track performance and calibrate pay and benefits.
* Plan internal and community events such as AI hackathons, educational workshops, and build the company's brand among top-tier talent.
* Manage office operations.
Requirements
* Proven HR experience in a startup or fast-growing company (10-30 people).
* Strong understanding of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations across a global team.
* Ability to adapt and execute quickly.
* Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
* Deep interest in AI and productivity.
