About the Role
As an Early Childhood Teacher at The Grove Academy, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping young minds and inspiring both children and your team. You'll bring your teaching expertise to life through creative and meaningful programs that foster children's growth and development in a safe and engaging environment.
Key responsibilities include:
* Implementing innovative, fun and milestone aligned teaching practices
* Mentoring and guiding educators in their professional growth
* Building strong, positive relationships with children, families, and your team
* Maintaining a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for children to thrive
* Supporting children's development through observation, documentation, and reflection
Skills & Experience
We're looking for someone who is passionate, driven, and ready to lead by example. To excel in this role, you'll need:
* A Bachelor in Early Childhood Education (or working towards one)
* Strong understanding of the EYLF, NQS, and child development
* Proven leadership and mentoring capabilities
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills
* A positive attitude and a love for creating meaningful learning experiences
