Executive Chef Position
We are seeking an accomplished culinary expert to lead our kitchen operations at a prestigious hotel in Gawler, SA.
Key Responsibilities
* Oversight of daily kitchen management, including menu planning and stock control
* Preparation and presentation of high-quality dishes to meet hotel standards
* Maintenance of exceptional food safety and hygiene practices
* Leadership of the kitchen team, providing coaching and support as required
* Contribution to menu development and implementation of new items
* Creation of a positive and collaborative working environment
Essential Qualifications
* Minimum 3 years' experience as a senior chef, preferably in a leadership role
* Demonstrated track record of delivering exceptional cuisine and customer service
* Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
* Excellent time management and organizational skills
* Able to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment
* Proven leadership and team management abilities
* Passion for innovative and delicious dish creation
