Role Overview
Reporting to the Director for Business Services and Tax, you will lead a great team of accountants.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead, coach and support a team of accountants
* Deliver high level business advisory services to clients
* Review and oversee client work to ensure accuracy and commercial value
* Assist with onboarding and development of new team members
* Provide support to the Director for Business Services and Tax as required
* Contribute to improving systems, processes and client outcomes
Skills and Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Accounting or equivalent experience
* 5-7 years accounting experience
* Strong knowledge of modern accounting systems and technology
* Proven experience in a client facing professional services environment
* Solid understanding of accounting standards and best practice
* Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively within a team
