It has also participated in the formulation of 85 domestic and international industry standards.

1. Business Scope

The company's headquarters has the capacity for mass production of transformers, reactors, and controllable reactors with voltage levels of 1000kV, 750kV, 500kV and below, and capacity of 1000MVA and below. It also possesses R&D and manufacturing capabilities for AC products with higher voltage levels and larger capacity.

In addition, the company is capable of mass-producing DC converter transformers, oil-immersed smoothing reactors, and dry-type smoothing reactors with voltage levels of ±1100kV, ±800kV, ±600kV, ±500kV and below.

Its joint-venture instrument transformer manufacturing company (established with Končar from Croatia) specializes in producing electromagnetic/capacitive voltage transformers and current transformers with voltage levels of 500kV and below. All products comply with International Electrotechnical Commission (IEC) standards and are adapted to the technical specifications of Australia's power system.

Role Description - Australian Sales Manager1. Australian Market & Project Intelligence Management

Focus on the Australian power market (including new energy, power grid upgrading, industrial supporting facilities, etc.), collect and track local project tenders, customer needs and other information, conduct in-depth market research and analysis, and establish a standardized project information database for the Australian region.

1. Australian Market Development

Responsible for the market development of the full industrial chain products (transformers, reactors, instrument transformers, etc.), services and product integration solutions across Australia. Key engagement with local power companies, energy enterprises, engineering general contractors and relevant government departments.

1. Payment Collection & Cash Flow Assurance

Implement and complete payment collection tasks in the Australian region, familiarize with Australian international trade payment processes and settlement rules, explore potential resources for advance payment collection, and ensure the smooth operation of the company's cash flow.

1. Australian Regional Partner Management

Develop, screen and manage local agents or partners in Australia, standardize cooperation processes in strict accordance with the terms of the agency agreement, and maintain a stable localized cooperation network.

1. Routine Management & Business Record-keeping

Establish and maintain routine management systems and business ledgers for the Australian region, coordinate with the company's headquarters to complete regional sales data statistics and market dynamic reporting, and consolidate the foundation of regional operation and management.

Qualifications - Australian Sales Manager1. Education & Experience Background

Bachelor's degree or above; seasoned professionals with experience in developing or selling in the
Australian market
for benchmark enterprises in the power equipment industry, familiar with the ecological and commercial rules of Australia's power industry.

1. Language Proficiency

Fluent in English (listening, speaking, reading and writing)
(adapted to Australian business communication scenarios), capable of proficiently conducting business negotiations, contract communications and technical docking.

1. Industry Experience

At least 3 years of experience in developing and selling in the
Australian power equipment market
, with in-depth understanding of local power project tendering and bidding processes and customer procurement habits; candidates with successful project cases (such as transformers, power transmission and transformation equipment) are preferred.

1. Market Insight

Possess sharp insight into the Australian market, able to accurately analyze local energy policies, market trends, competitor dynamics and customers' core needs, adapting to Australia's clean energy transition and power grid upgrading trends.

1. Industry & Product Knowledge

Familiar with the power equipment industry, understand the characteristics, technical parameters and application scenarios of products such as transformers and reactors, and able to promote products and provide adapted solutions to customers in combination with Australia's power system standards.

1. Strategy Formulation & Execution

Able to develop and implement effective regional sales strategies based on the characteristics of the Australian market, including pricing strategies, channel expansion, and localized promotional activities.

1. Business Negotiation Skills

Excellent cross-cultural business negotiation skills, capable of effectively addressing objections from Australian customers, coordinating differences between the headquarters and local needs, and reaching cooperation consensus.

1. Compliance & Trade Awareness

Familiar with Australian international trade terms, customs clearance rules, product certification standards (such as Australian SAA certification, IEC Australian standard adaptation requirements) and commercial compliance regulations, ensuring compliance and risk control during contract execution.
