One of our key clients, a global leader in engineering and construction, is currently seeking a proactive and organised Site Administrator to join their team at a project site in the South West Coast, VIC.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide professional assistance in general project administration, fixed asset management, office management/maintenance, organising project/corporate events, supporting business traveller, ad hoc duties, and etc.
* Identify and resolve any operational issues, implementing corrective measures to maintain service quality
* Support the project operations by liaising with relevant internal and external stakeholders. it includes procuring item/service providers for the project mobilisation
* Work proactively to help smooth settlement in relevant area/place
* Collaborate with IT and HR to facilitate new onboarding team members, that includes setting internal accounts, hardware, and software
* Coordinate logistics including deliveries, equipment setup, and material handling
* Collaboratively working within multi-discipline environment
Requirements:
* Ability to commute to the site location with own vehicle
* Strong organisational and communication skills
* Full working rights in Australia (permanent work rights required)
Nice to have:
* Korean language skills (highly regarded)
