Job Description:
As a key member of our property management team, you will be the first point of contact for customers with maintenance issues. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that all maintenance requests are handled promptly and efficiently. This role is an excellent opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our customers.
This position involves reviewing Planned Maintenance Reports, actioning tasks as required, and proactively progressing work orders across all services. You will also assist in preparing regular reports to ensure efficient delivery of programs of work. Additionally, you will manage service contract meetings, agendas, and meeting minutes, as well as accurately update asset registers and assist with upkeep of key registers and security systems.
Key Responsibilities:
* Review contractors' Planned Maintenance Reports and action items as required
* Proactively review, progress, and close work orders across all services
* Assist in preparing regular Ad Hoc reports as and when required
* Manage Service Contract Meeting booking, Agendas, and Meeting Minutes
* Accurately update our asset registers
* Assist with the upkeep of key registers and security systems
Requirements:
We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with experience in a service delivery organization, focusing on customer service. You should have proficiency in Microsoft Office and ideally understand Facility Management software. Experience in liaising with maintenance contractors and demonstrated understanding of document management systems are essential. Strong organizational and time management skills, along with the ability to prioritize responsibilities and multitask, are also necessary.
