Your role will be critical in ensuring seamless service delivery, supporting customer retention, and identifying opportunities to grow existing accounts.
Key Responsibilities
Account Management & Customer Support
* Manage and develop a portfolio of national and key customers
* Act as the primary point of contact, building strong and trusted relationships
* Respond to customer enquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner
* Support onboarding, contract implementation, and service transitions
* Maintain accurate customer records, contracts, and pricing within CRM systems
* Monitor account activity to identify risks, trends, and opportunities
Service Delivery & Coordination
* Work closely with internal teams including operations, logistics, customer service, compliance, and finance
* Ensure services are delivered seamlessly and in line with customer expectations
* Track and follow up on customer commitments and internal actions
* Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance customer experience
Commercial Support
* Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts
* Support contract renewals, pricing reviews, and service variations
* Assist in preparing quotes, proposals, and service recommendations
* Monitor account performance, revenue, and margins
* Ensure services are delivered in line with contractual and compliance requirements
What We're Looking For
* Proven experience in account management, customer service, or sales support roles
* Experience managing multiple accounts in a fast-paced, service-based environment
* Strong relationship-building and communication skills
* High attention to detail with strong administrative capability
* Commercially aware with a proactive, solutions-focused mindset
* Highly organised with the ability to manage competing priorities
* Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
* Collaborative, adaptable, and able to work cross-functionally
* Professional, reliable, and customer-focused
* Experience managing national or multi-site customers (desirable)
* Exposure to contract management, pricing, or commercial processes (desirable)
* Experience in compliance-driven or regulated industries (desirable)
