About the Role
The primary purpose of the role is to provide a high level of confidential executive research and decision support to our Director of Service Delivery & Quality and our Director of People, Safety and Culture, facilitating the effective and efficient operation of their Business Units.
The role is also part of the broader executive support team, led by the Executive Assistant to the Chief Executive Officer, and as such will provide support and coverage for other Executive Assistants and Reception as required, including during periods of leave or peak workload.
This role is offered on a Permanent basis. It is Full-time, 38 hours per week.
Key Selection Criteria
Experience
* Greater than 8 years’ experience providing support to a C-suite executive or equivalent.
* Experience working within complex organisational structures and interacting with numerous internal and external stakeholders.
* Experience working with a corporate governance framework and providing end-to-end secretariat and administrative support for senior leadership groups and committees.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
* Highly developed oral and written communication, interpersonal and diplomacy skills with the ability to maintain confidentiality and build positive and trusting relationships with stakeholders. Fast and accurate, with outstanding grammar and language skills.
* Excellent time management and ability to effectively coordinate committee meetings.
* Ability to accurately and succinctly record committee meetings and effectively follow-up on agreed actions.
* High-level computer literacy skills in email/calendar packages including Outlook and Microsoft suite (Word, Visio, SharePoint, Excel and PowerPoint). Has a bent towards being technology savvy.
* Ability to exercise initiative, sound judgement and able to work under pressure. Discrete.
* Able to work autonomously, yet able to engage and collaborate with others to complete various activities and projects.
Qualifications
* Certification in a related field i.e. business administration, communications or equivalent by experience. Bachelor's degree would be desirable.
