Our client is seeking an accomplished retail professional to lead a talented sales team and drive sales growth in their stores.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets
* BUILD strong relationships with customers, providing personalized styling advice and delivering exceptional customer service
* Implement visual merchandising standards to create an engaging and inspiring store environment
* Train and develop the team to ensure exceptional service and performance
* Be the face of the store, providing a memorable shopping experience for every client
Requirements:
* 2-3 years of experience in retail management, preferably in apparel
* A proven ability to deliver personalized styling experiences and a passion for styling
* Strong communication skills
* Previous experience in concession management is a plus
* High energy and a vibrant personality
* Experience managing budgets and KPIs, and achieving company targets
* Attention to detail with strong visual merchandising skills
