An exciting permanent opportunity with one of our clients in the Eastern Suburbs processing end to end Payroll.
Part of a larger Finance team this role will be reporting into the Senior Finance leadership team
Duties:
* Processing end-to-end payroll, including all relevant payments and statutory obligations
* Maintaining employee records such as new hires, terminations, pay adjustments and leave
* Contribute to continuous improvements in payroll processes and systems
* Preparing payroll reconciliations, reports, and financial summaries to support management and compliance
* Responding to payroll enquiries and producing reports as needed
* Review timesheets, ensuring data accuracy and timely approvals
* Contribute to continuous improvements in payroll processes and system
About you:
* 3+ years in end to end Payroll processing
* Chris21 or iChris experience
* Strong knowledge of Australian payroll legislation (Awards, superannuation, PAYG)
* Collaborative and team-oriented with a focus on continuous improvement
* Professional, results driven, strong work ethic and with high integrity
