Salary: $120,000 – $150,000 package + commissions & bonuses
About the Role: Our client is seeking an experienced and motivated Mortgage Broker to join a highly regarded and award-winning financial services firm based in Balwyn North. This opportunity suits a broker who takes pride in delivering tailored lending solutions and managing the end-to-end loan process with a high level of professionalism.
You will work across residential, commercial, and asset finance, providing strategic advice and ensuring a seamless client experience from initial enquiry through to settlement.

Key Responsibilities
* Identify and recommend mortgage and lending solutions tailored to individual client needs
* Manage the full loan application process from initial enquiry through to settlement
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, lenders, and referral partners
* Stay up to date with lender policies, product updates, market trends, and regulatory requirements
* Contribute to service excellence and support ongoing business development initiatives
Skills & Experience To be successful in this role, you will have:
* A minimum of 5 years' experience as a Mortgage Broker
* Strong technical knowledge of mortgage products, lender policies, and lending criteria
* Excellent communication, customer service, and relationship-building skills
* A self-motivated approach with the ability to meet and exceed performance targets
* The ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team
Remuneration & Benefits
* $120,000 – $150,000 package (inclusive of super)
