BARISTA RESPONSIBILITIES
Providing amazing customer service
Creating the perfect cup of coffee
Prepare and serve quality food and drink according to Zarraffa's brand standards
Cleaning and other duties as directed
FOOD PREP RESPONSIBILITIES
Preparing high quality food according to Zarraffa's brand standards
Ensuring all products are clearly labelled for food compliance and follow correct product rotation
Maintaining a clean and organised food preparation area by washing dishes, sanitising surfaces, and taking out the rubbish
Stocking and restocking ingredients as needed
Ensure food storage and preparation areas are maintained according to Health & Safety Standards
Comply with all required Food Standards
SUPERVISOR RESPONSIBILITIES
Providing support and guidance to the team
Maintaining product and service quality
Ensuring store cleanliness and tidiness
Maintaining accurate business records and compliance with policies and procedures
Creating a warm and welcoming environment for customers
Leading by example and directing teams in product preparation, customer service, and cleanliness standards
Fostering a positive workplace culture and promoting teamwork
ASSISTANT MANAGER RESPONSIBILITIES
Fulfil all responsibilities and duties of a supervisor as well as and not limited to the following.
Assisting Supervisor's with shift positioning & break management
Monitoring wages with on a daily basis in conjunction with the Area Manager
Place and receive all orders, ensuring minimal waste whilst keeping store stocked always
Assist in recruitment, induction, management, and training staff
Liaise with suppliers and deal with any issues that may arise professionally and in a timely manner
The Supervisor and Assistant Manager positions require at least 2 years of management experience.
