We are seeking a skilled customer experience specialist to join our team. As a key member of our stores' success and customer satisfaction team, you will be responsible for creating a memorable and engaging experience for every customer who walks through our doors.
Your time will be spent consulting with customers to weave their own story of home, creating styling solutions that complement their individual tastes and preferences. You will also contribute to the overall stores' performance by assisting with visual merchandising, stock management, and supporting your colleagues in achieving their goals.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have previous experience within a customer-focused environment, ideally retail. You should possess a passion for creating wow experiences for each customer, an eye for detail, and a love for creating solutions that meet their needs.
