Job Title: Speech Pathologist - Community Rehabilitation Team
The role involves providing client-centered rehabilitation services to individuals in their homes and at our centre. This position requires a senior speech pathologist with experience working effectively within an interdisciplinary team, developing innovative service models and providing high-level teaching, training, and supervision.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide excellent rehabilitation services to clients across various clinical diagnoses.
* Lead a multidisciplinary team comprising physiotherapists, occupational therapists, speech pathologists, dietitians, neuropsychologists and other allied health professionals.
* Contribute to the development of new service models and programs for delivering effective Speech Pathology services.
