Requirements:
* Proven experience as a Store Manager or Senior Assistant Store Manager in a fast-paced retail environment.
* A confident attitude and passion for leading from the front.
* Experience developing high-performing teams and inspiring a culture of success.
* Strong operational know-how in rostering, wage control, visual merchandising, and stock.
* Strategic thinking and ability to identify opportunities for improvement.
* Skilled in building effective relationships with support office teams and local partners.
