Axis Mineral Services is an established and fast growing Western Australian business specialising in crushing, screening and ore sorting services across Mining, Processing and Civil projects. Founded in 2017, Axis has built a strong reputation for reliability, safety, and performance across the Goldfields and broader WA.
Now part of the Raubex Group, a leading international mining and construction company, Axis is entering an exciting new phase of growth and investment. With Raubex's backing, we're expanding our operational footprint and lifting our standards to match the best in the industry, and we're looking for capable leaders to join us on this journey.
The Opportunity:
We're seeking experienced Site Managers, Site Supervisors, and Team Leaders who can bring strong operational leadership to our mobile crushing teams. You'll be responsible for driving production performance, maintaining high safety standards, and fostering a culture built on teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement.
What we're looking for:
* Proven experience in mobile crushing operations (essential)
* Proven experience in leadership roles
* Strong background in mining, civil or quarry environments
* Strong operational understanding of excavators, loaders, and mobile crushing circuits
* Confident leading teams and managing schedules
* Excellent planning, communication and stakeholder management skills
* Current Driver's Licence
* Able to pass a pre-employment medical and obtain a National Police Check
