Due to continued growth and expansion, we’re seeking a dedicated Internal Sales Person to join a privately owned team based in Canning Vale. Specialising in providing a comprehensive range of products for the construction and concrete sector, this role will involve a diverse mix of managing face-to-face showroom clients and inbound phone inquiries.
With a highly professional and experienced team around you, the successful candidate will receive in-depth product training and sales support. The ideal candidate will be a self-driven individual who is confident with phone-based sales and enjoys providing solution-based advice. This organisation prides itself on going the extra mile for its customers and assist with loading each client’s orders or arranging next-day delivery with their specialised vehicles.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Assisting with phone inquiries and providing customised quotes
* Making outbound calls and prospecting for new clients
* Managing existing accounts and providing technical support
* Conducting face-to-face showroom sales
* Helping to load clients’ vehicles when picking up orders
* Utilising EstimateOne to keep informed of upcoming projects
KEY REQUIREMENTS:
* Previous sales experience and a willingness to learn
* Excellent communication, presentation, and time management skills
* Integrity, honesty, and a passion for service
* Self-motivation and a positive disposition
* Strong written, verbal, and numeracy skills
* Willingness to obtain a forklift ticket
