You will be responsible for achieving and exceeding sales quotas, retention, installation, and profit targets, while maintaining effective relationships with key stakeholders in the industry.This key management position oversees all operational and sales aspects of our Ambius product lines and reports directly to the Business Manager.You will be responsible for the following outcomes:Leading a safety cultureDeveloping and managing a first-class operations, service support, and sales teamDelivering the operational and sales planManaging budgets, P&L, and operational metricsDriving efficiencies and continuous improvementManaging service delivery to meet customer expectations, enhancing client retention and growthMotivating the sales team to achieve budgetsFor success, you will need:A strong commitment to safety and experience in fostering a safety cultureAt least 3 years of experience as an Operations and/or Sales Manager, with proven success in driving sales and managing planning systemsLeadership skills with experience coaching and developing team members, willing to be hands-on when neededFlexibility and adaptability in changing environmentsCommercial acumen for managing budgets and costsStrong interpersonal skills to build relationships internally and externallyA track record of meeting targets, KPIs, and improving efficienciesA proactive approach to challenging the status quo and championing continuous improvementHorticultural experience is a plus but not essentialOur people drive our success, and we are committed to their growth and development.
