Guzman y Gomez Mexican Kitchen reinvents fast-food. We’re Australia’s only fast-food restaurant to be 100% clean, with no added preservatives, artificial flavours, added colours or unacceptable additives in our food. Since we opened our first restaurant in 2006, we’ve been obsessed with food, bringing the energy of Mexican culture to Australians across breakfast, lunch and dinner. 
Responsibilities 
As the Assistant Restaurant Manager, you’ll be responsible for supporting the daily management of the restaurant. You will be leading the team through busy service periods, crew training, proactively improving guest experience, and supporting inventory and financial management as required. 
Our stores are open 7 days a week and we need managers with availability between the hours of 5:00 AM and 12:00 AM. 
Qualifications 
Experience leading a team within a busy, high-volume hospitality setting. 
Experience delivering exceptional customer service. 
Exceptional communication skills. 
Passion for inspiring, leading and developing your team. 
Experience in managing restaurant financials (P&L;). 
Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA).
