Deliver business value through direct CXO-level interactions. Comfortable and experienced in pre-sales, project envisioning, planning, development, deployment, and management. Proven track record of change management and stakeholder and escalation management. Prepare for, attend, and present customer details in regional Customer Review Meetings. Awareness of compete products. Experience with Security, Governance best practices Experience with cloud and hybrid, or on premises infrastructures, architecture designs, industry standards, and/or technology management. Certification in relevant AI, Security technologies or disciplines. Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field AND 4+ years experience in technical program/product management, coding, software development/delivery work OR equivalent experience. 3+ years of customer-facing experience. Hands-on experience in M365 product platform (Copilot, Modern Work, Security & Compliance), technical enablement, solution design, product demonstration and proof of concept, deployment and adoption.
