The Department of Defence is seeking a Cyber Security Program Manager to provide guidance on and assure compliance with legislative and policy frameworks as pertain to Cyber Security in Defence.
About the Role
* Develop and manage the Cyber Security Program, inclusive of people, processes and systems, to ensure a cohesive approach to the management of Air Force Information Systems (AFIS) owned by the Department of Defence.
* Continuously monitor AFIS, including assurance of incident reporting processes, configuration management and patch management.
This role includes leading a team and assuring the outputs of associated Cyber compliance teams within subordinate work units.

* Qualifications, knowledge and experience to deliver effective Cyber Security Program outputs for the Department of Defence.
* Ability to lead a multidisciplinary team focused on collaboration and uplifting Cyber Security behaviours across organisational bounds.
* Experience in risk management with an understanding of information technology legislation, policy and principles.
* Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate risks of a very complex nature to managers and other peers.
* Demonstrated command of the written word, in support of decisional artefacts at senior-executive level.
