With significant growth in UniSQ's nursing programs and increasing demand for high-quality education across regional and outer-metropolitan Queensland, our School of Nursing and Midwifery is recruiting four new Lecturers in Nursing to join their dynamic and supportive academic team.

What you'll do
Based at our Toowoomba or Ipswich campus, you'll play a key role in delivering engaging, student-centred learning experiences across our undergraduate and postgraduate nursing programs. You will:
* Teach via blended delivery using contemporary, evidence-informed approaches.
* Contribute to curriculum development and course coordination.
* Conduct research aligned with UniSQ's strategic priorities, collaborating across disciplines and with industry.
* Supervise honours and postgraduate research students.
* Engage with professional and community networks to enhance the impact of your work.
Appointments will be offered as either Teaching and Research or Education Specialist roles. For more details, please refer to the relevant position descriptions below.
What will help you succeed
We are seeking academics with a passion for Nursing education who thrive in a collaborative environment. In particular, you will bring:
* a Doctoral or Master qualification in a discipline relevant to Nursing.
* Current registration (without condition) as a Registered Nurse with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
* Demonstrated professional experience and practice in Nursing.
* A track record of delivering engaging, student-focused teaching that fosters critical thinking, clinical competence and positive learning outcomes.
* Demonstrated research experience with potential for collaboration, industry engagement and attracting external funding (applicable for Teaching and Research appointments).
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a commitment to integrity, inclusion and teamwork.

Salary: Total remuneration range of $133,256 to $157,504 pa (includes salary range of $112,381 to $132,831 pa, employer superannuation contributions of 17% salary and annual leave loading)
