**I-MED Radiology are pleased to be able to offer the unique opportunity for a Medical Receptionist/Bookings agent to join our team on the Central Coast working with our amazing clinics across Erina, Kanwal, Long Jetty and Brisbane Waters.
I-MED Radiology Network is Australia's largest diagnostic imaging network, with over 240 clinics located in major metropolitan, as well as many regional communities across Australia. Each year across the network we perform more than 5 million patient procedures.
This is an amazing opportunity for administration and customer service professionals who enjoy working collaboratively across a number of teams and can be the focal point for all incoming patient enquires, calls, and bookings. You will thrive in an environment where there is a steady ebb and flow of patients and will demonstrate empathy whilst exuding warmth and a friendly manner.

**Your daily duties will include**:
- Reception, welcoming and processing patients
- Communicating with patients over the phone and managing telephone enquires
- Following up medical information with various third parties
- Patient information data entry
- Medicare and out of pocket payments processing
- General reception duties
**Skills and experience**
As first point of contact for our patients, we require the following:
- Previous medical reception experience (highly desirable)
- A professional, patient and courteous manner
- Excellent articulation and telephone manner
- Strong communication skills both verbally and written
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong multitasking capabilities
- Competent computer skills
