Our client has dealt with us at Gough for many years and is one of the largest Real Estate offices in the mid West. They have both a successful Sales and Property Management department and are seeking to fill 2 vacancies within their Property Management team. They are also part of a well-known brand, that is known across the state of Victoria.
Depending on your experience, they are happy to have someone manage a portfolio of either 115 or 165 properties. If you are happy to manage 165 properties, they will pay you a higher base salary. You will also receive support from a leasing consultant and an administrator. Saturday work is also 1 in 4, with the following Friday as an RDO off for weekend work.
