Why should you do this?
This Virtual Experience Program is self-paced and should take only 2 to 5 hours to complete. This program is free for all students. When you complete the program, you’ll earn a digital badge and certificate to share on LinkedIn and include on your resume.
Throughout the program, you’ll learn and develop deep insights into what it is like to work as a consultant at Capgemini. Apply your engineering knowledge to a real-world problem and gain practical experience and knowledge to draw upon in interviews.
What skills will I gain?
* Preparing a hypothesis and root cause analysis.
* Performing stakeholder analysis and constructing a Focus Group Discussion Guide.
* Process mapping and summarising information.
What you will do?
Module 1: Hypothesis-driven analysis (1 - 2 hours)
General Phones is a European market leader in mobile phones. They have engaged us to identify key issues, improve customer engagement, and redesign its operational model online.
Module 2: Customer engagement (45 minutes - 1.5 hours)
Build a focus group discussion guide for General Phones’ end users. Please submit your response as a PowerPoint Presentation or Word Document.
Module 3: Process mapping (30 minutes - 1 hour)
Based on the as-is process map for online sales provided in the presentation below, please design the To-Be process for an online customer.
