We are growing and are seeking an experienced Estimator with HVAC or electrical background to support increasing enquiry volume and maintain strong margins and customer experience.

About the Role
As an Estimator at Experts Oz, you will be responsible for managing the full estimating process for ducted air conditioning installations.
This role covers:
* Preparing accurate ducted air conditioning quotes using Servicem8 and other CRM programs
* Managing the sales process and converting enquiries
* Scheduling installation works
* Ordering materials and parts to ensure install readiness
You will work closely with installation teams to ensure jobs are sold correctly, scheduled efficiently, and delivered without disruption.
Key Responsibilities
* Prepare accurate quotes for ducted air conditioning systems
* Conduct site assessments (on‑site or via plans/photos)
* Size systems correctly and recommend suitable solutions
* Follow up quotes and convert them into booked installations
* Schedule installations in line with capacity
* Order all required materials, parts, and equipment
* Coordinate with installers and electricians
* Maintain clear job documentation and handovers
Skills & Experience Required
* HVAC (air conditioning) or electrical trade background preferred
* Strong understanding of ducted air conditioning systems
* Ability to read plans and assess installation requirements
* Confident customer communication and sales skills
* Strong organisation, accuracy, and follow‑through
* Experience and knowledge with air conditioning systems and Polyaire products
