Key Duties
Develop effective SOPs, ensure safety, and nurture team relationships.
Manage Outdoor Dining within budgets, optimizing revenue and costs.
Build exceptional guest experiences, collaborate with clients.
Support Outdoor Dining and events team, oversee operations.
Qualifications
3 'years' experience as a manager or Operational Events Manager.
RSA certification.
Full Driving License.
National Criminal History Check (mandatory).
