We are a small well established bookkeeping and support business that has re-located from Brisbane to Ravensbourne. We are looking for someone reasonably local to the area, who is looking for long term part casual stable work. Our business is geared towards offering secure work to mum's or other applicants who are specifically seeking long term casual work that provides a great family life/work balance. We know this can be hard to find.

We are looking for an experienced accounts / administrator with XERO Software experience, who is enthusiastic and extremely well organised to join our small business. It would be highly advantageous if you have had some type of experience within the building industry in some form, as many of our clients form a part of this industry, but not necessary.

At this point the position is 1 day per week on a Thursday with the aim of heading towards quickly towards a second day being Tuesday. These days are not negotiable due to the nature of the business only operates 3 days per week.
- Organised and able to Multi-task
- Fast learner within Cloud based software packages and all things IT
- Very organised with great time management
- Proficient and skilled in your use of XERO
- Self Motivated and able to work unsupervised
- A great communicator! Both Written and Verbal
- Prior experience in a similar role
- Be able to work under pressure, prioritise quickly and relay feedback.

The duties within this role are diverse as we offer our clients a range of services:

- Accounts Payable and receivable including debt collection
- General Administration Support
- Processing of invoices, payments and creditor reconciliations
- Bank Reconciliations
- GST Reconciliations
- PAYG Balance Sheet Reconciliation and Payment
- Superannuation Coordination
- Filing
- Marketing Support
- General Banking
- Maintenance of company plant and vehicle insurances
- Credit Card coordination and reconciliations
- Payroll and HR assistance
- Supervision of Client Business Systems and all Admin items
- Administration and Office support tasks as required
