The Medical Imaging department at Royal Melbourne Hospital is committed to delivering excellent service to our patients and referrers. We are a comprehensive diagnostic and therapeutic imaging service providing care to patients at RMH Parkville, RMH Royal Park, RMH Private Imaging and RMH Nuclear Medicine.

Your New Role
* Greeting and registering patients
* Managing phone, email and in-person enquiries
* Scheduling appointments
* Managing patient accounts
* Working collaboratively with the administrative team, managers, clinical and medical staff
* Assist with general administrative duties to ensure the smooth running of the department.
About You
* You have experience working in fast paced medical reception environments (Medical Imaging/Nuclear medicine experience desirable)
* You are available to work rotating early and late shifts on weekdays and weekends
* You have excellent communication, interpersonal and customer service skills
* You have strong IT skills and MS office experience
* You have the capability to collaborate effectively with a dynamic team and can work independently when required
* You are proactive and have problem solving skills
